Over the past 20 years, NDSM's Mentoring Program, has empowered young Latina women to be strong leaders. In order to build rewarding relationships, we ask our mentors to commit to meet with students at least 2x per month for a minimum of 1 year. In addition to mentoring and confidence building, you will work with your student to reinforce their academic goals. Before mentoring, we ask that you attend a Safeguarding class, sign a Code of Ethical standards, and complete NDMS's background check.
